OUR SHOP:

  1. How do you decide what products to feature in your shop?
    We know that every man’s skin is different. So, we have a group of men who help us test out all our products before featuring them in our shop. These men represent all different skin types, ages, and ethnicities. We don’t feature products – in our shop or in our monthly cargo – unless we get their approval.
  1. What is this “replenishment service” option that I see when I go to buy a product?
    Our goal is to make things as easy as possible for you. If you’ve found your favorite product(s) and just want us to continue to send it to you when you’re done, you can select this service. Just let us know how often you want us to send it to you, and we’ll do it. You never have to think about it again. If you need to change the timing or put it on hold, just email us at info@urbancargo.com.
  1. Can I provide product reviews?
    Of course! We know fellow good-looking men like to share their evaluations. Simply go to the product you wish to review, and click on “Review This Product” which appears until the product image.

ADDRESS CHANGE:

  1. I moved. How do I change my shipping and/or billing address?
    Simply email us at info@urbancargo.com with your new address and we will make all the changes for you.  We know you have other more important things to do than go into your account, find your address and make the change. Let us work for you.

OUR QUARTERLY SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE:

  1. What is Urban Cargo’s quarterly subscription service?
    For those of you who want to discover and learn about new products to help you bring you’re A-Game, but don’t have the time or inclination to venture out to the stores, we make the process extremely easy. We do all the legwork each quarter and curate skin, hair and body care products that we think will help you look and feel legendary. The products are delivered right to your doorstep. We want to help you figure out what works best for you and give you a painless way to get it!
  2. When will I get my cargo?
    Boxes of handsome ship out on January 15, April 15, July 15 and October 15. Note: your order must be received at least two weeks before the delivery date to make it for that quarter’s delivery.
  3. How do you decide what the best skin care and hair care products are to send me each month?
    After you sign up, we ask you to fill out a grooming profile so we know your skin and hair type.  Then with the aid of our proprietary matching algorithm formulated by our skin and hair experts, we know what works best for you.
  4. Will you show me the best way to use each product?
    We will indeed. Each cargo comes with lots of useful facts to get your familiarized with the product and how to use it.
  5. I found all the products I need for now. Where can I buy them?
    Products can be easily purchased in Urban Cargo’s online shop! All the products you’ve tried can be purchased here, as well as some other great products by these awesome brands.

CANCELLING:

  1. I found all the products that I would ever need.  How do I cancel my subscription?
    We want to make your experience here as ridiculously convenient as possible; you may cancel your subscription any time by emailing us at info@urbancargo.com.
